Default Different popup behavior for normal and TOC

I'd like to have different behavior for popups in normal view and TOC view. In the admin I have popups open at certain X and Y coordinates, but I don't want that for my TOC. Can I override the admin settings for the TOV view? Or have different popup behaviors for different views?

This isn't currently possible. You may want to add this to the feature requests forum.
