Arrow How to display different Event Administration Users' calendar

I have 10 Event Administration Users accounts in my epc_calendar system. If I run the demo.php, all the user's calendars will be displayed on the page. Our situation need to display only one specified user's calander on the page. I check the epc_calendar table on the my_sql database and can not find any column to identify the user's identity. Any suggestion about how to chose one user and display only his/her calendar on the page.

Currently, the calendar isn't designed to do this.

However, you can create a second category group and assign each event to a particular user (that you create on the categories page), then filter each page for each users using the $showCat variable.

Is the showCat correspond to the the colum category of epc_calendar table?

This link to the instructions will explain how to use the $showCat command-line variable:

Default how do I hide a category?

I have a calendar on a site and want to have a 'public' calendar and then an 'internal' calendar on a password protected page. I tried using the show Cat variable on my 'internal' calendar page, but the 'internal' events are showing up on the public calendar as well. I am a php novice- do I need to hide the events on the public page?

The easiest way to do this is to create a category with name such as "Status". Then, under that category add two selections, Public and Private.

Then use the showCal feature to only show the public events on the general viewing page. The private page shouldn't require any filtering, unless you want to remove the public events from that calendar.

Hmmm, I already have several categories that are 'public' and several that I intend to be 'internal'. Is there a way to filter out all of the 'internal' events from the public calendar? Since it is already set up and in use I don't want to redo all the categories if I don't have to.

Can you open a support ticket with the login and URL of your Setup Manager? I'll take a look at your current setup and see what the easiest path would be.
