Default License transfer

Hello,

We purchased a license for the EasyPHPCalendar and installed a development version in our R&D lab while working with a customer who had requested the capabilities of the product.

Normally, we do development/test and then post to production. In the case of this product, with it's many license challenges, we have been forced into licensing the development copy because of the time constraints of the demo copy and it leaves us in something of a quandry.

My question is how can we transfer a license (plus all associated data that the user has entered into the calendar) and the entire directory from development to production (to fit our scenario)? Is this something that can be accomodated by dealing with your staff? If someone could give me a process for this request, it would certainly be appreciated.

All you need to do is copy the files to the new server and update the paths in the calendar.php file.

Then open a support ticket with your order number and I'll issue a new license key for the new site.

Don't think that's much of a challenge?

Brian - I have posted the site to the new server, and I believe I requested a new license key last week... I have not yet heard back and wanted to be sure we didn't have a snafu somewhere. What must I give you in terms of information for the new site?

What is your support ticket number and I'll look into it. (It shouldn't have taken but a few hours at most, so I may not have received the transfer request?).
