Default Changing Category Colors

After adding a couple of events, I did not like the colors I chose, so I changed them in the setup manager.

The changes did not carry over to the events. I deleted the events, and changed the colors again.
The colors are still set to the first setting.
I can change the names of the selections and they come out ok, but not the colors.
The colors demonstrate themselves correctly in the setup manager, but do not change in the Event Manager.

If you sell it, it should ALL work!

I have found after setting the colors in the setup manager, I have to clear my browser cache to get them to show correctly in the calander or the event manager.

captklutz, is right. Some browsers will cache the CSS data and you'll sometimes need to re-start the browsers/clear the cache to flush the cached information. (Even a CTRL+F5 doesn't work in IE most of the time, so you'll need to clear the cache).

OK, if the cache had not cleared, would the text change?
Why would the text (category name) change and not the color?

It wouldn't.

Next?

Yes.

Why would the text (category name) change and not the color?

CSS is cached in some browsers separately from the page's cache information.

It wouldn't.
