Downloaded trial, bought online, no order #

Hi, I downloaded the trial version then purchased the full version online. That was 6 hours ago and I have not received an order # or licsense information to upgrade to the full version.

When I enter my email address to get the order #, I get the message that there are no entries under that address.

Can you help?

Please note that if you paid by eCheck, PayPal can take up to 7 days to process the transaction...

Please open a support ticket with the name, email address and amount of the order and I'll look into it.
