Default credit card(S!) rejected right now?

I'm noticing Brian online right now so I'm hoping you see this before you're out!

I've been trying to make a purchase with a few different credit cards for the last 10-15 minuntes only to have everything I've tried rejected.

I have a PayPal account but would rather have the instantaneous key so I can get on with things.

hep?!

EDIT it almost instantly flops over to a page saying:

Secure Ordering System
Your credit card / billing information was not accepted by the credit card processor!

-- Your credit card has not been charged. --

the instantaneous part leading me to believe that the check wasn't even run, or that somethihng was stuck in a session (I tried again after closing out all browser instances in IE and Firefox)

You might want to open a support ticket. Brian will respond very quickly that way.

PayPal payments are instantaneous unless paying by eCheck. Credit card and bank transfers are processed immediately.

FYI, after three failed attempts when paying with the regular processor, the transactions are no longer sent for processing.

thanks for the speedy reply, I'll give it a go through PayPal, if I recall I have 600 or so laying in that account which I probably could not use as that would be an "eCheck" right? Bah whatever, I'll look into it.

RAWR!

thanks again

An eCheck would be when you have no money in your account, no credit cards on the account, no bank account on file, nor an established PayPal account with which to send funds. In this case, it takes PayPal up to 7 days to process a standard wire (eCheck) transfer.

If you have a PayPal account with a balance, or have a CC on file or an confirmed bank account, using any of those, the transfer would be instant.

sho nuff is/was instantaneous! Yay.

one small problem, small so far, I've received 4 of your confirmation emails titled "EasyPHPCalendar Order Details" - all the same, and coming in every time my mail client send/recvs - hopefully not an all day thing

I'm off to have fun customizing and what not... as I said in your testimonial area: kick ass! fully deserving of a grooving banana
