upgrade to version without references to Nash Tech

If we decide at some point to purchase the option which removes all references to Nash Tech and supply our own header and footer, how can that be done?
It seems only to be available on the initial purchase. Would it still be a $29.95 upgrade?

You can upgrade these options later. It would be the difference in cost plus a $3 processing fee.
