Default License key

I am trying to insert license key (Order #). Every time I enter order # and click save, I end up on "Page Cannot be displayed" message.

Yes, I've tried with auto "obtain license" checked and unchecked and have tried it with the trial license "obtain license key" checked and unchecked.

Tried it with all available combinations.

Not having any success. Please advise. thank you.

Here is the page on my server I'm trying to run from. (didn't include password info)
http://www.schoolcheckin.com//calend...etup/index.php?

If the above url contains info that I shouldn't have posted, please delete it. thanks

Please open a support ticket with your order number, and the URL + login information to the Setup Manager.

Brian

I'm about ready to give up. I try opening a support ticket. Of course, I can't remember my user name & pa, so I enter my email address to get my user info ............. and I get the message that no such email address exists, yet there it is in my profile....... This is getting way too difficult for "EASY php....."

The support forums and support ticket system don't share the user database (you'd need an account on both). You should just be able to submit a new ticket. If not, are you seeing an error?
