Talking phpMyAdmin

Hey Everyone!

I have everything setup except I am on the part where i set the database. I created a new database called Calendar in phpMyAdmin and have a user name and all that. Now when I am under setup I chose MYSql, but i dont know what to put for Database Host??? What should I put in the field for database host? Thanks
