Default Auto Notify Not Enabled

Hello:

I just noticed that these 3 options were not working:
Auto Check New Release
Notify
Email

Why would that be?

I am way behind at v6.2.11 and it was only that I came to the site today to see that I am versions behind.

Also where in the Admin if at all is there a place to enter an email address so the program will auto notify you automatically of new releases?

Some servers are not compatible with the auto-check feature. This could be due to the calendar having restrictions to read remote files, no outside internet access, or feature of PHP disabled/removed.

You can always subscribe to the New Releases forum to be notified of new releases.
