Default setup/index.php file is corrupt...?

Hi,

I tried installing the trial version here...

http://www.childcarevictoria.org/cal...etup/index.php

and keep getting an error saying "The encoded file /home/content/v/c/c/vccrr/html/calendar/setup/index.php is corrupt."

The tester is here:

http://www.childcarevictoria.org/tester/

.. and said to use the Ion Cube version, which is what I installed. I transferred the files using CuteFTP Pro 7.0. I also tried uploading the latest "loader" files (in forced binary mode) as described here:

https://www.easyphpcalendar.com/supp...cleid=30&nav=0

Still the same error... Any suggestions? The hosting account is set up on godaddy.com and includes php & mysql support.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

I think I'm getting somewhere now... I re-uploaded all of the php files that were in the main /calendar directory (and those in the /functions) directory making sure I used "force binary" mode and I'm finally being prompted to create an admin password etc.
