Default Changing domain, need new license & instructions?

Hi, thanks for your great work!!

I need your instructions on how to install the calendar and set it up on a new domain. We're keeping the same domain, but have changed the hosting situation. The domain now automatically gets forward to another site's server, so our domain is forwarding to a different domain (and server). Our calendar files have been backed up and deleted form our previous server. We moved the files to the new server/domain location, so know when we try to login we get an error msg: "Directory Listing Denied. This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed." I'm not sure if we need a new license or what. Please advise.

That's not a calendar error message. That is from your server.

Try adding /index.php to the address you're using to pull up the Setup Manager.

OK, now I get: PHP Fatal error: This encoded file is corrupted. Please refer to http://www.zend.com/support/support_...r_file_corrupt for further help in D:\Webserver\dmbinteractive.com\www\m2m\calendar\e vents\index.php on line 0

In the transfer the files may have been corrupted. You should upload them again. You may also want to run the tester script to confirm which files should be uploaded.

Running the tester script didn't tell me what files should be uploaded, so I ran the auto-installer to start from scratch, then replaced the new config, database, and license files with originals. All work now. Thanks for your help.
