Install Problem

Seem to have a problem with my install.

I ran the test script and all was well. Downloaded the auto install and set my permissions as required. I then set the admin username & pw but I run into a problem with the License Setup.

I want to run it in trial mode but when I click on the run in trial mode, I get a confirmation that I'm in trial mode but I cannot get into the event manager.

In other words, I cannot access anything to setup and eval this script. Is this normal or is there another problem?

Does it appear to log you in, but then log out back out when you try to do anything? Or, what exacly are the steps you're taking and what happens?

Brian,

It shows me as logged in and seems that I have a license key error. Script keeps taking me back to the License Setup page everytime. I keep selecting to run in the trial mode and it confirms I am in the trial mode but it only gives me a blank page when I select the event manager icon on the License setup page.

Most likely the Event Manager files are corrupt and need to be uploaded and in forced binary mode.
