Default php makes nav bar go crazy

Nav bar working without php here http://www.newcityfellowship.com/calendar.html
Nav bar screwy when trying to use phpcalendar here
http://www.newcityfellowship.com/calendar.php

The weird thing is, it was working fine, so the nav bar (.js) and calendar are not incompatible, but when, after everything was working and I changed the nav bar to point to the index.php file instead of index.html, it started this mess.
Naturally I have changed index back to html until I get it worked out and taken easyphpcalendar off that page.

I have also written the forum for the nav bar (dhtml menu)
Thank you,
Linda

Try disabling the mouseover pop-ups of the calendar (that's the only major js on the page).

To me it looks like the calendar files were modified, as there's two <head> declarations and they include that JS menu. The calendar files inside of /setup and /events shouldn't be modified.

Not exactly sure what's happening there.
