Modifying Text for a Single Instance of a Repeating Event

How do you modify the description text for a single instance of a repeating event without changing it for all instances? Surely this is possible. It seems like a standard function for a calendar app. Did I miss it somewhere?

You would need to delete the single occurrence of that event and add a new single occurrence for that date with the different information.

Thanks for your help. Are there any plans to implement a better way of accomplishing this? It would sure be nice if we could simply choose to edit a single occurrence of the repeating event instead of deleting the occurence and creating a new event.

This is on the "wish list" for a future release. But I can't be sure when it'll be included.
