mouseover popup not click

I'm trying to set the description to be a mouseover popup not a click. I think I've done everything I'm supposed to, but it still won't mouseover. Thanks so much!

You're using the Blog mode which doesn't have support for mouse-over popups.

You'll need to use the Normal Mode calendar to have pop-ups.
