Is this in the Event Manager or Setup Manager (or both)?

Did set to use UTF-8?

When you put UTF-8 in Charater set, we have a problem in the event panel. All accents are replaced by little squares.

We found an easy solution. Just go in the language file "French.inc.php" and change accents by HTML accent characters.

Finally, it's not a good solution. Put UTF-8 in Character set does more problems than I supposed.

We have now problems with accent in month and categories.

Finally, if you add an event and go in PhpMyAdmin to change ? by accent, it's work. The problem is probably in the INSERT.

How can we fixed it ???

In admin panel, database section, we check "use UTF-8". That's the problem. It has to be "no".

In set charater, we use : iso-8859-1

Everything is perfect now.

We are going to release a beta of version 6.3.25 soon which should directly address these types of issues.
