Default Blank screen on setup

I'm sure you've addressed this issue a thousand times already...but after installing the trial, I am getting a blank screen when I go to www.yourdomain.com/calendar/setup/index.php.

I've read some of the other threads on this, but haven't found one quite the same...

I don't get any error messages, just a blank screen. I've tried manually installing as well as auto-installing. The auto-install doesn't work - I can't get past the ftp part. Not sure what's going on there.

I'd love to purchase this script, but need to make sure it works first!

Thanks,
Aimee

This is due to corrupt files.

I'd be happy to upload the files for you if you can open a support ticket with the appropriate information.

Hi Brian,

I'd like to give it a shot and see if I can get this working myself. I was hoping to use the calendar on multiple sites.

I am using Dreamweaver to upload files. After reading your last post, I found out how to upload in binary mode. I uploaded the files again, but I am still getting the blank screen.

Do I need to download the file from your site in binary mode?

Thanks,
Aimee

Dreamweaver will NOT upload the files correctly. You need to use the auto-installer or a FTP client. Videos are available from the Features page of this site that show you how.

Ah...I was just going to reply to say that I'm sorry I didn't check that out before. I just read a few posts on NOT to use Dreamweaver.

Thanks for such quick responses!
