Remote install problem

Hi there -

Having yet more problems with this software. Trying to install the package on the remote server via FTP and it's failing. I'm able to enter the FTP connection information and it connects and creates the calendar directory at the correct location of the server (httpdocs/calendar).

There, it creates a directory ipf-work-dir-1182869604 and some files/directories within it (modetestdir, tmp, UnTar.php, ping.php). Going to the next step in the process it asks for the URL. I've tried putting in http://oursite/ and http://oursite/calendar/ but neither work. I get the error message "A folder 'calendar' has been created, but cannot be located".

Any direction on how to solve this?

You could try to upload manually by following the installation instructions in the Online Docs.

You are using the full domain name in the place of "oursite", right? You'll need to use that so that the DNS check resolves correctly.
