Customize 'There are no events to display...' message

Hello,

If there is a category that has no events the following message appears:

There are no events to display for this time period.

Is there a way to have this ---

There are no [category] events to display for this time period

--- with [category] being the name of the category?

If so, please explain!

This is not possible with the way the list templating system works. You can't have PHP inside the template, and there's no way for the list to know how to deal with a category...
