Default Using the license on the web server AND a local development server?

The calendar is working fine (www.vass.ca).
1. Due to a "change in resposibilities", the details of the license purchase, like email address, order number, etc. are lost. How can we "recover".
2. We need to run the web site locally (Localhost) on a different server to test all updates. The downloaded copy of the calendar has a "license error". We are not planning to buy a second license.
3. The MySQL database is locally installed and loaded. The event table is accessable with phpMyAdmin.

We need a solution soon ...

Thanks, Helmut

1) Try using the Order Lookup System to retrieve the order information (See the Support page).

2) The calendar will work in limited mode so you can test all of your changes.

3) Not sure what the questions is?

Thanks Brian.
1) The first thing the Order Lookup System requires is the email address of the origional order. We don't know it. I can supply the license.php file.
2) Whenever we finish the Set-Up the warning "Trial License Has Expired!" appears.
3) Was ment to state that the "environment" for the calendar is complete.

1) Update Email Address FAQ:

2) To run the calendar in more than one location in "full" mode, you would need a license for each location. Otherwise you can run in trial/limited mode where everything still works like the full version except you're limited to one event per month that will display and the trial/license error message.

1) We have to try with the little info we have
2) Is there at least a way to have the calendar (month) display in full colour and with the other formatting? In this "text mode", I realy don't want to show it to anybody.

Where are you seeing "text mode"? This is usually due to a path issue or forgetting to include the CSS code.
