License Key Problem

Hi

im facing a big problem with the license key after purchasing the product.

because i installed the script through the ip not through the domain

my calendar location through the ip is :

http://193.188.12.21/~khalid07/dynam...endar/demo.php

and its working fine

but when i enter through the domain http://www.eng.uob.edu.bh/dynamic/calendar/demo.php
(which forward to the same ip)

its not working fine and it shows this messege

License Key Error.
[Running in limited mode]

in fact i want to uninstall it and reinstall it again through the domain and i dont want to face a license problem because i purchased it for the College site

Click the [Help] link in the error and reset your license.

what if i want to change the directory as well

what is the procedure

i want the calender to be in the main directory

i reset the key but i didnt recived a new i submit the request too

A new license key has already been issued to you. It took less than an hour for this to be processed.

If you have direct access to the server (console level, or shell access) then you can just move the folder over. If you only have FTP access, you'll need to download the files and re-upload them to their new location. Make sure you have Forced Binary mode enabled when doing those transfers.

Once the folder has been relocated, log into your Setup Manager and the paths will be automatically updated.

Moving the calendar is just like moving anything else. The only thing to be concerned with is the paths it the calendar.php file which will need to be adjusted for the new location.
