Default Google Analytics Code?

I am trying to figure out how to insert Google Analytics code into the pages such as the popup.php but for the life of me can't figure out how to get any custom code included. Any help would be appreciated.

You're not going to be able to inject code in the the popup.php file.

Any plans to allow us to inject code into the pop-up? Maybe a customHeader file?

This hasn't been asked before... You may want to add it to the Feature Requests forum...

It is a forum, called Feature Requests. Just post in there.
