Default Julian calendar

Is it possible to implement switch to Julian calendar with CAL_JULIAN <> CAL_GREGORIAN?

I need to have the Julian Calendar (NOT THE JULIAN DAY).

Any suggestions. Thanks

Essentially what I need is to be able to switch from Gregorian calendar to Julian calendar and vice versa.

Thanks.

The calendar only displays in the Gregorian format.
