Normal & List Mode Calendar

I Have tried to show a normal calendar above a list mode (as per your demo page).

This has mostly worked, however the day of the event does not appear above each entry in the list.

How can I get this to work?

Needed to change $template="monthly.php"; to $template="modern.php";
