New Install Not Working; Hosting Company can not figure it out

Default New Install Not Working; Hosting Company can not figure it out

Hosting company response to problem...


"We have tracked down the issue to not be related to session, but in fact with how the ioncube is beign loader per the error below:

[Wed Mar 05 19:08:39 2008] [error] [client 209.41.163.23] Failed loading /vservers/futurefitnes/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so: /vservers/futurefitnes/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so: undefined symbol: zend_hash_add_or_update, referer: http://futurefitnesscenters.com/calendar/setup/index.php"


when i enter the login information the page just reloads with no errors

Try uploading a new config.inc.php and license.php file and see if it will let you set everything back up.

If not, since this is a server configuration issue, you would be best to consult www.ioncube.com for assistance.

FWIW, I only found two references to this error on Google.
