navigation not working in TOC mode

Hi,

We have displayed the calendar on 2 different pages on the same web site. The small calendar is on the home page and is working fine. The larger TOC calendar is on a different page and it will not navigate to the next or previous month. The navigation buttons are visible but when clicked on they just re-load the current month. The drop down does the same thing. Is there a setting somewhere that we need to change?
