Turn off Display of Time/Sub-Category in Pop Ups

Is there any way to insert an event time, and/or choose a sub-category, and NOT have it display in the mouse-over pop ups?

EVENT TIMES:
We have multiple event entries per day so I need them to sort in chron order for the TOC and List views; however, I'm also trying to keep my mouse-over pop up sizes smaller and would really like to keep these time entries from displaying.

SUB-CATEGORIES:
As well, we're using sub-categories for our own, internal purposes, specifically, so we can add the $showCat="X"; code to the calendar page(s) since we have 3 different calendars logged in one. Although it isn't awful to have the subcategories show in the mouse-over pop ups, it does take up valuable real estate we'd prefer to reserve for content.

Currently, the layout is hard-coded in the page. If you absolutely need this, we may can work out something for a small fee and a custom file just for your installation. Open support ticket if this is something you are interested in doing.
