Default design css of popup window

Hello all,

I got the Trial calendar working using the regular calendar (minicalendar) with popup window.

The styling using esstyle.css and popup.css is ok except one problem which bothers me and I am not able to find the solution. It is the area of the Event Title in the popup window, the background to be precise.
I am not able to change the background color.

In esstyle.css is the class "popupEventTitel" but this effects ONLY the letters, not the background. And looking at the source code for this area it gives me a class "popupEventTitel s24".

What do I miss ? The color as is doesn't fir with my overall design very well. I would like to be able to change that.
Any tips are very appreciated ?

Johannes

The event title is defined by it's category which is maintained in the Setup Manager.

Hello Brian,

thank's for the quick reply.

I am not talking about the Event title.

Maybe I was not clear enough, but I am talking about the"click on popup window". And in this window we have 4 areas as follows, top to bottom:

Date bar, Title bar, description area, days of event bar

And I am referring to this Title bar in my message above. Where do I find the css for this area to be able to change the background colour ?
In esstyle.css the class "popupEventTitle" will change only the style of the font. Adding css code for background settings will have no effect.

Any help very appreciated

Johannes

Like Brian said... this is using the category color that you assigned for that event. That's why you see the s24 after the popupEventTitle.

Change the color of the category by using the Category section of the Setup Manager.

As a reference, you can use the Popup CSS Map. You will see the comment for .popupEventTitle as being "@: This only controls the styling that’s applied to the text itself. The color of the cell is controled by the Categories system in the Setup Manager."

Thank you for the answer, cleared up for me.

It wasn't clear to me that setting the color for the event will be taken over into the popup window. I was under the impression, setting the colour for the event will only show up for the day box itself that it will be more 'catchy'.
