more pop up background issues

I am running ver 6.3.27

I am trying to change the background color in the pop up windows. it is white and I want to change that.

in the set up under pop up
::. On-mouseover Pop-up (overLIB)

I have background color set to: C8C8B

and it will not change the background from white. What is controlling the pop up to always have a white bg?

The popup you have there is not the overLib popup. That's the on-click popup. Edit the CSS in /calendard/theme/*your-theme*/popup.css.
