Can the calendar do this?

Default Can the calendar do this?

I'm impressed by the demo, but very cautious about purchasing an encrypted product - I can't waste money purchasing something only to not be able to tweak it to fit my needs.

So, I thought I would check here if this calendar will match my requirements before purchasing it, hope someone can help

If you look at this draft page:

http://www.distinctivewebcreations.c...ina1/about.php

You will see a dummy graphic where the calendar needs to go.

This graphic shows how the calendar needs to look - does this calendar contain the flexibility to enable me to style it?

As you can see, there is no space on this page to have an events list. All I need is the calendar, and to have the events pop up in a new window - I do not want the list of events under the calendar - can this be done?

Finally, the events need to pop up only onmouseclick, not onmouseover. The demo shows both happening at the same time. Can the calendar be setup to only have the events window open onmouseclick?

Is the calendar setup in such a way that I will be able to make these changes myself (I do have PHP programming knowledge), or because the script is encrypted, am I going to have to pay extra money to have these changes made?

Sorry to have so many questions, but having already wasted money and time on calendar scripts that are poorly written and poorly supported, I am now in "once bitten, twice shy" mode.

I do appreciate any assistance

You should download the trial version. It will be completely unlocked for 7 days and after that it will be limited to show one event per display, and have a little nag warning, but it will still let you test out the customizability (is that a word).

You can totally change the CSS, but you can't modify the PHP code. Some people have achieved some very cool looks, so I'm sure that you could get something close to that, if not exactly that.

Thanks for that

I have spent some time playing with it, and it looks promising - I do have another question though if that's ok?

The client requires that the events appear onmouseclick only, but they will not want it to be in a new window with the address bar at the top.

Is it possible to have the program customised so that the popup window that currently displays onmouseover is changed to instead display onmouseclick? I am willing to pay for this type of customisation if it can be done.

Thanks again.

I could work out something for you to do this. Open a support ticket when you're ready.

Lovely, Brian - thank you

I'm working through a couple more issues at the moment with the trial version - I will add these to the support ticket as well if I can't work them out, if that's ok.
