Default Tester passes but get Zend error

Greetings,

I just moved to a new reseller acct after successfully using EPC for a year or more. I installed everything, calendar displayed successfully in trial mode, and when I reset with a new license I'm now getting the dreaded Zend error, even though the tester page passed.

Do you know of something I might have done to break the installation? I suspect that Zend & Ioncube are properly installed...

TIA,

judy

I went to setup manager & set the config etc. files to writable to prepare to make changes, and the site popped back up with calendar intact. Huh...?

Anyway, thanks.

Zend error has surfaced again. I'm sure Zend is installed, any clues on why I get the error if the tester passes? I'd appreciate knowing ways to troubleshoot or suggestions to make to the server administrators.

Are you on load balancing servers? One of them may be configured correctly while the other(s) aren't.

They say no load balancing. Here's what they sent me:

steve@tiger [~]# php -v
PHP 5.2.9 (cli) (built: Apr 17 2009 00:24:09)
Copyright (c) 1997-2009 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2009 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v3.1.34, Copyright (c) 2002-2009, by ionCube Ltd., and
with Zend Extension Manager v1.2.2, Copyright (c) 2003-2007, by Zend Technologies
with Zend Optimizer v3.3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2007, by Zend Technologies

Can you think of anything I can check on my own or that I can ask them to check? This is a brand-new site and I don't have access to my logs yet..

thanks for your help,

judy

Saw some suggestions in another Zend message with a similar issue--I had added a local php.ini file while testing another app. Deleted that and the problem is gone (for now!).

thanks again Brian...will go ask for another license reset now!
