Problems in the installation

Hi

I just tried to install the calendar in my server but when I ran the installer ....calendar/setup/index.php i got this error message The encoded file /home/publiweb/public_html/calendario1/calendar/setup/index.php is corrupt.

Can you please help me ?

Realdy, I Upload the file again and the error change, now I have this one
Fatal error: Unable to read 5696 bytes in /home/publiweb/public_html/calendario1/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0
