Default cannot log or pass into admin

When following the directions I went to the setup page url and was presented with a log and pass, I was never walked through the process of entering the Master Administrator's user name and pass. As a result I cannot get to the licensing system to enter my order number. Actually I cannot get in to anything.

Please help.

On the very first screen, you are selecting the master admin's user name and password. Did you go through that screen?

That's the screen I cannot get passed. My client said he never entered any type of log or pass and I just confirmed that with him on the phone.

So, you enter the information and click save, but it goes back to the same screen?

Yes. I have tried all of the passwords for the website, ftp, all that have been given by the client and I always go back to the log-in screen with blank fields.

What information is the login screen asking for?

Open a support ticket and I can give you instructions for finding out what this should be set to.
