Default Security advice please

My website has recently been hacked, and I get a fake virus warning and a fake scan directing the user to buy some useless software.

My hosting company cant track down the cause and say its all ok.

Its not my PC as it happens on different pcs in different locations.

Im using a flat database and my caldat file is all encrypted.
Ive deleted the file and started again with a renamed file.
Could this be the cause?

thanks

The calendar database file doesn't execute. So there's no way this would be possible. This sounds like the HTML of you page(s) have been modified at the root server level. This could happen because of a compromised server or someone figured out your FTP information. It's also possible another script somewhere on the server was used to modify your files. The calendar does not have this ability.
