Default Entered an Event for Jan 2011 and not showing up

Let me first say I am using an older version, V5.7.

I would like to be able to enter events for 2 years ahead and also not have the past years available to the viewers.

Currently you can see 2004-2010. I want it to have 2009 - 2011.

I went into admin and all I could see was setting how many years an event can repeat. I put 5.

I can add the 2011 event but it can not be viewed.

Any advice?

I haven't used/seen 5.7 in years..... but I'm pretty sure that in the setup manager, you can define which years you can browse to.

I haven't used this in many years either (the version is no longer supported since Version 6 arrived).

Have you looked in the database and see if the data looks correct?

Default dates

I am using a flat file instead of a database.

Here is a wrinkle.
If I keep hitting the 'next month' button I can go to Jan 2011.

However, the list box of years ends at 2010.

Can you post a link to your page?

That drop-down menu isn't part of the calender code IIRC. I think you can edit that form directly on your page.

Yup, you were right. I dug into the code and changed it on the page.
