Default Removing On-mouseover pop-up in only one place

I would like to remove the on-mouseover pop up in one place but not another. The mouseover is very helpful on a page that has the TOC calendar, but I'm placing the smaller calendar in a sidebar and only want to on-click pop-up for that calendar so that the mouseover doesn't get messed up with the side of the page (for a browser 1024 or smaller).

I'm not sure that made sense so here are links:
I want to remove the on-mouseover pop-up here:
http://www.travel-spokane.com/

But I want to keep it here:
http://www.travel-spokane.com/events-month/

Is there anyway to do that?

Thanks in advance for the help.

You can try adding this line of code just before the require statement to display the calendar.

$overLIB="0";

That doesn't seem to have worked. It should look like this right:

<?php
$overLIB="0";
require("calendar/calendar.php"); ?>

Am I missing something else?

If that didn't work, it won't be possible that way.

But, you can try using this instead:

$epcAltLink="#";

If someone clicked on the calendar, it would reload the page. But, the pop-ups shouldn't display.
