To reset a forgotten master password:
1) Download the calendar files from your Client Area that match the version of PHP and encoder you have on your server. If you are unsure of which files to download, use the tester script on our support page to determine which files you need to download.
2) Extract the files then upload just the install directory to the calendar directory on your server. Be sure to upload the files in binary mode.
3) Load the calendar/install/admin.php file and enter a new master login and password.
4) Remove the install directory from the server.
