Renewing Annual Support

Upgrades and support are free for one year from the date of purchase. To continue receiving upgrades and support and access downloads after that time you can optionally choose to renew support for an additional year.

You will be automatically invoiced for annual support before it expires. To renew before the support period expires, log into the Client Area where you can find and pay the annual support invoice.

If the renewal period has expired and and the annual renewal invoice has been suspended or canceled, follow these steps to renew support for an additional year:

1) Log into the Client Area (https://www.easyphpcalendar.com/support/clientarea.php).

2) Click the menus Software, My Licenses (or click the Software box on the main page).

3) Click the Green Active Button in the right column for your corresponding license key.

4) Click the Addons menu in the left column.

5) Click Click here to view & order, verify the correct license is selected and complete the checkout process.

6) Open a support ticket to let us know you've renewed so we can update the status of your account.

*If the invoice for Annual Support is allowed to expire, you will no longer be able to obtain priority support, download the calendar files or install/use newer releases of the calendar. However, your license to use the calendar does not expire. This renewal is optional. If you choose not to renew, you may continue to use the calendar versions that were released before your Support Expires date (see the License page in the calendar settings for this date).
