Are upgrades free and how do I update?

Upgrades are free for one year from the date of purchase. If you would like to continue receiving upgrades and support after that time, you can purchase an annual support renewal.

If the invoice for Annual Support is allowed to expire, you will no longer be able to obtain priority support, download the calendar files or install/use newer releases of the calendar. However, your license to use the calendar does not expire. This renewal is optional. If you choose not to renew, you may continue to use the calendar versions that were released before your Support Expires date (see the License page in the calendar settings for this date).

You will be automatically invoiced for annual support before it expires. To renew, log into the Client Area where you can find and pay the invoice.
