Macintosh / Fetch Users

If using Fetch on a Macintosh to install the calendar, use the modes below as required:

ASCII = "Automatic" mode

Binary = "Raw Data" mode

For Macintosh users, the FTP application Transmit may be a better
choice than Fetch. Transmit follows standard conventions in function
and naming. Uploading in user defined ASCII or Binary modes and/or
changing permissions is quite simple.
