Can not change the theme (missing selection form)

If the Setup Manager will not allow you to change the theme (there won't be a form drop-down menu), the calendar.php file is write protected. You should either give the calendar.php file write permissions or manually change the theme in the calendar.php file. Be sure to secure the file again if you give it write permissions to change the theme.

NOTE: The config.inc.php and calendar.php files must both have write permissions in order to change the theme.
